Are all participants Ivory Coast WhatsApp Number List and equipped? I communicated the access to the application (training environment of course!) And, as I could not see all the screens at the same time, each user in turn carried out a different exercise by sharing his screen. Each user had the opportunity to perform at least one exercise (depending on the number of participants). However, he or she did it alone and “under the pressure” of his colleagues. The other participants were strongly encouraged to help him. Are all participants online, but a few are not yet equipped? As in the previous case, each user does an exercise in turn.

This change is what you might call a breakthrough innovation in Christine’s life. Going from an environment of a poor village in Austria to a luxury hotel in Switzerland, her social role has changed from modest and shy postal worker to extroverted and radiant woman. Admittedly this change happened naturally but it did not happen by chance, Christine had to accept the rupture to access the advantages of her new environment. Those who are equipped share their screen. For those who are not, I share my screen and follow the user’s instructions. Are some participants in the room and others online (with or without equipment)? The users in the room all exercise… except one! This “one” has to do it with his colleagues from a distance. So we can check the screens of all participants.

How many Christine do I have on my projects

We have therefore included in our calculations the emissions linked to our premises : construction, heating, electricity, drinking water and waste, as well as the emissions linked to the activities of our consultants : travel, food, computer equipment and use of the network. We have deliberately chosen a broad scope since our objective is not to have the lowest possible emissions but rather to maximize the levers on which we can operate to reduce our carbon footprint. This is another thing we have learned: it is not so much the absolute value of emissions that matters in a carbon footprint but the impact of the emission reduction measures that will be implemented.

Check that the reversible air conditioning system that we have put in place to replace the natural gas-fired boiler has indeed reduced our emissions, 36% of which are due to space heating. Whenever possible, give preference to video meetings , which avoid physical travel, which emits a lot of CO2 (33% of our emissions). The priority is to reduce journeys by plane, private car and two wheels. We calculated that a video meeting was moreover 7 times less CO2 emitting in our article Meeting or video, office or teleworking, what carbon impact of digital? Our business is based largely on trust, so it is important to meet our clients to create a relationship beyond the purpose of the assignment.

Is my project broken enough for my users

Keep in mind that food represents a large part of our emissions , especially because of the presence of complex animal proteins such as beef. According to the ADEME carbon base, a meal with beef is equivalent to 7.2 kgCO2e, a meal with chicken 1.6 kgCO2e while a vegetarian meal emits only 0.5 kgCO2e, or 14 times less than the beef ! At ISLEAN, most of our meals come from nearby restaurants, and are probably higher in protein than what we could cook at home. Reducing your meat consumption would therefore have a very positive impact on the environment.

8% of our emissions are digital, which includes the production and use of our computer equipment as well as the transmission of data over the network. This value remains reasonable for a consulting firm in digital transformation, given the share of digital in global emissions which is 4.2%. However, it shows us that digital technology emits CO2, in particular the storage or traffic of data on the Internet, while its intangible nature would tend to make us forget it. Also, if recourse to teleworking and videotaping remain less CO2 emitting than face-to-face , it should not be used unreasonably either. As we showed in a previous article, it would take 14 hours of video per day for a day of teleworking to emit as much CO2 as a day in face-to-face.
