ISLEAN organized for the Switzerland WhatsApp Number List year last week the Club du Grain Numérique. Our firm has partnered for the second consecutive year with the Superior Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants (CSOEC) . This club aims to promote projects and entrepreneurs from all sectors and entrepreneurship itself. To do this, we have invited various entrepreneurs to tell us about their entrepreneurial adventure that we have shared with you in the Cahier des Entrepreneurs 2020 . These entrepreneurs have thus become the candidates for the Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 award. Given the health context, we have replaced the award ceremony. Instead, one of the big novelties of this year was the animation of 4 webinars with the intervention of the

This round table led by Jean-Marc Zanini (Partner ISLEAN) made it possible to tackle this problem which entrepreneurs do not necessarily think about when they start their project. Epsor and AgreenCulture are already well advanced in this phase because the structures bring together between 30 and 50 employees. However, they were able to expose this complexity


to grow after a first phase in small numbers where everyone can do everything towards a phase where there is a need for profiles less Swiss Army knives but more efficient in their field. As for Atometrics, they are in the midst of this phase with even less than 10 employees but a growth which leads them to how to evolve, therefore in questioning on how to do it. These startups develop products with advanced and fashionable technologies: Blockhain artificial intelligence… We therefore asked them: “How to take full advantage of the collaboration with a Hyper-Tech startup? ” . The speakers insisted on the need to highlight the product and not the technology, which is precisely at the service of this product. They recalled that these technologies do not need to be understood by the customer, as long as the usefulness of the product is clear. Around the facilitators Sanaa Moussaid (CSOEC) and Louis-Alexandre Louvet (Partner ISLEAN), Franck Nouyrigat (StartupWeekend), Max Peuvrier (Expert Comptable) and Mathieu de La Rochefoucauld (Amundi Private Equity Funds) gave their mixed views on the “Start -ups in times of crisis ” .
